Kevin Hoffman KLH Friction Folder (SOLD)
This Kevin Hoffman friction folder is brand new and
direct from Kevin's shop in Savannah, GA. The handle is two-tone brown linen Micarta, with a black linen Micarta back / butt spacer. The blade is made from
ATS-34 steel with a 320 grit brushed finished blade. Kevin's grinds are
outstanding. He has also accented the rear of the handle with a large mixed metal mosaic pin. The pivot pin is file-worked stainless steel. The
blade opens with just the right amount of friction, and fits snugly into the handle. The blade is not going to move unless you move it - it is very secure. When closed, the blade sits nicely centered in the handle.
Kevin's fit and finish is a testament to has art background and
attention to detail. Kevin's "KLH" and "GA" are etched on the back spacer. It will come in one of Kevin's signature denim knife socks. This is an awesome piece at a great price!
