Kevin Hoffman KLH "Kortana" Tanto Blade Tactical Folder (SOLD)
This Kevin Hoffman tactical folder is brand new and
direct from Kevin's shop in Savannah, GA. Kevin calls this model "Kortana". The Tanto shaped blade is made from ATS-34 steel, that has a two-tone sandblasted finish with a simulated temper line. The handle is black canvas Micarta. The frame is a blue anodized titanium liner lock design, with a multi colored, file-worked back / butt spacer. He has also accented the knife with a beautiful blue and gold titanium pocket clip set for tip-up carry, that complements the file-worked butt spacer. The pivot pin is file-worked stainless steel, as is the thumbstud. All the pins are stainless. He has even designed the knife with Teflon wafer bushings for silky smooth action. Kevin has done an outstanding job with this new knife design.
The
blade opens effortlessly, and locks up tight with no play whatsoever - rock solid. When closed, the blade sits nicely centered in the
liners.
Kevin's fit and finish is a testament to has art background and
attention to detail. Kevin's "KLH" and "GA" are etched inside the handle on the back
spacer. It will come in one of Kevin's signature denim knife socks.
