Dwaine Carrillo No. 4 Button-Lock Cobra M4, African Padauk, Desert Tan G10 (SOLD)

Attention Dwaine Carrillo collectors.  Dwaine did a special limited number run of these COBRA M4 folders, with the presentation side having an African Padauk red wood bolster, and a Desert Tan G10 scale.  There are only six (6) of these knives done in this configuration - there will be no more.  This knife is Brand New, just received directly from Dwaine, and is No. 4.  The knife features his NEW UBOLT button-lock mechanism.  Dwaine has discontinued his frame-lock folders in favor of this new button-lock design.  Dwaine feels that this new lock will hold up better, and eliminate the "lock stick" that sometimes occurs with frame-locks, and tends to get worse over time as the lock wears.  The button-lock is a very secure lock, and we think it adds a "cool" factor to his folders.  This knife is a rare, collectible piece, marked with the number "4" on the backspacer (pictured).  The blade is CPM 154 steel, the pocket clip is blue and gold anodized, and all the hardware is anodized a bluish-green color.  This knife also features an over-sized pivot, satin finished titanium frame, and notched thumb-rest.  It has rock solid lockup, and excellent blade-seating.  This is a heavy duty folder, true to Dwaine's style.  As with all the knives that come direct from Dwaine's shop in Oklahoma City, it comes in a Pelican hard case.
