Peter Carey Full-Size Custom "NITRO" Flipper Folding Knife

This is a rare Peter Carey full-size, custom "NITRO" liner-lock flipper folder with a hand rubbed CPM-154 steel blade.  The bolster, 0.095" liners, tip-down mounted pocket clip, and carved backspacer are all 6AL-4V titanium with an orange peel finish.  The handle scales are green canvas micarta - the good stuff, with one of Pete's best looking pivots (IMHO).  Nice comfortable jimping on the blade spine adds to a secure grip.  And the jimping on the flipper tab provides a great tactile feel when deploying the blade.  The blade runs on washers, and flips smoothly with virtually no effort.  The blade has excellent detent and an early and secure lock-up - absolutely rock solid with no blade play whatsoever.  There is no lock-stick when releasing the lock, and the blade is seated centered between the liners.  Not too much more to say about this one other than - it's a custom Carey!  This safe queen was built in 2013, and comes with Peter's COA / Business Card.  Includes a padded, zippered case.
