Reese Bose Stag Wharncliffe Trapper PROTOTYPE #0 (SOLD)

Reese Bose Stag Wharncliffe Trapper PROTOTYPE #0 (SOLD)

This item is out of stock

This is a Reese Bose slip-joint Wharncliffe Trapper PROTOTYPE.  It features a hand-rubbed D-2 stainless steel blade, and 416 stainless steel fluted bolster, bombshell shield, pins, backspring, and liners.  The handle is two beautifully matched, richly colored, and highly figured stag scales.  The blade is marked "R. Bose" on the presentation side, and "0" and "D-2" on the other side.  The blade opens and closes smoothly, with nice snap in both directions.  Great walk and talk!  You can barely tell there is a seam between the tang and backspring, in the open position, and the liners are integral to the bolster.  Has a half stop.  And the blade rests dead center between the liners when closed.  This one is previously owned, and in MINT condition.  Reese perfection.  He's so good you can only tell the difference between his knives and Tony's, by the "R" and "T".  Comes in a padded, zippered case.

Condition:  Previously owned. Mint condition
