Oliver Goldschmidt Outdoors Utility Knife, Koa Wood, Leather Sheath

Oliver Goldschmidt Outdoors Utility Knife, Koa Wood, Leather Sheath

Oliver Goldschmidt is a full-time bladesmith from Florence, Italy.  He started knife making at the age of 15, using his home-built coke forge and a piece of railroad track as an anvil.  He studied goldsmithing at Istituto d’Arte di Firenze in Florence where he became a fully certified goldsmith.  His experience and attention to detail as a goldsmith has carried over into the beauty and quality of his forged knives.  Oliver's knives are not easy to find in the secondary market and are highly coveted by collectors.

This is Oliver's Outdoors Utility Knife.  This beautifully executed forged fixed blade knife features a 52100 carbon steel blade and a Koa wood handle.  The knife was built in November 2025.  Oliver signs "Goldschmidt" on the spine of the knife, right above the guard.  It has never been used or carried.  It comes with a leather sheath, padded zippered case, Certificate of Authenticity, care instructions, presentation binder, polishing compound and polishing cloth - all packaged up in the box provided by Oliver.
