Billy Mace Imel Custom Slip-Joint Folding Knife (SOLD)

This is an absolutely incredible custom slip-joint folding knife made by knife making legend Billy Mace Imel.  Billy's knives are known for their perfect fit and finish, and this knife is no exception.  The tolerances that Billy is able to achieve are so tight, that the handle appears to be one solid piece of high grade stainless steel.  The blade is ATS-34, opens smoothly without a nail nick, and features a half-stop.  Both the blade and handle have a fine hand rubbed satin finish that have to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.  They are in perfect, mint condition - no evidence of handling marks.  The blade locks up vault tight, and sits dead centered in the handle frame when closed.  Billy placed his maker's mark on the blade, as well as his full name inside the handle on the backspring.  It comes in a lined leather slip pouch for storage and / or carry.  Whether this is added to a collection or your daily rotation, this is a piece that will be valued for many years to come.
