Mikkel Willumsen Urban Tactical Custom Chad Nichols Damascus Chef's Knife (SOLD)

One of the most useful tools used for food prep in the kitchen is a good chef's knife.  Mikkel Willumsen has not only created a chef's knife that will get the job done, he has also made it with a touch of class that will stand out in any kitchen.  This will be your go-to knife.  The weight and ergonomics make it a pleasure to handle and use.  The blade is Chad Nichols Boomerang Stainless Damascus, with an acid etched finish, that really makes the Damascus pattern pop.  The blade is a scant 0.99" thick, making it light and comfortable to manage.  The handle is two (2) milled carbon fiber scales with copper pins and is 0.56" thick, giving it great feel and control even under wet conditions.  Mikkel has done some custom jimping / texturing along the entire length of the blade spine.  This gives you more tactile feel.  No matter the size of your hands, you can find a comfortable place to rest your thumb or forefinger.  It will come with the pictured sheath, as well as a zippered case.
