Luke Swenson has been making knives for over 9 years. He has truly taken his knifemaking skills to the next level. He has become a master in his own right at making both slip-joint and lock-back folders. Luke is a member of the Slip-Joint Cartel, and an alum of the Bill Ruple School of Knife Making. Luke currently resides in Idaho. This is one of Luke's 2-blade Jack Knives. It features a drop point blade and a pen blade, both made from CPM 154 stainless steel, hollow ground and hand-rubbed to a 600 grit finish. The scales are nicely matched, and highly figured premium stag. The front and rear bolsters are 416 stainless steel. The pins and Federal shield are also 416 stainless. The outer liners have been jeweled and file-worked, and the center liner is also file-worked between the back springs and between the blade wells. The back spring is CPM 154. This knife is new and direct from Luke. The main blade has a long pull, and the secondary blade has a nail nick. Both are comfortable, with firm, smooth pulls. The blades lock up tight with no play, and the blade seating is perfectly centered between their respective liners. Both blades have half stops. Nice walk and talk. Comes in a padded zippered Swenson Knives case.
