Luke Swenson has been making knives for over 10 years. He has truly taken his knifemaking skills to the next level. He has become a master in his own right at making both slip-joint and lock-back folders.
This outstanding build is Luke's Farmer Jack Prototype slip-joint folder. It is marked PROTOTYPE on the inside of the liner (pictured). It features two (2) hand rubbed, satin finished CPM154 stainless steel blades, Amber Stag scales, 416 stainless steel bolsters and pins, 416 stainless Crest shield, and 410 stainless steel liners. The backspring is also CPM154. This knife comes to Windy City Knives new from Luke at 2025 Blade Show Texas, by way of the original purchaser. Both blades have large, deep cut, comfortable nail nicks, with firm, smooth pull. No half stops on either blade. The blades lock up tight with no play, and the blade seating is spot-on. Comes in a padded zippered Swenson Knives case.
